I approached Carlos to install a replacement kitchen at my home.To say the experience was highly stressful and frustrating was an understatement.I am unhappy with the finished product there are certainly many reasons why I would advise others to stay clear.The date Carlos came and measured up he gave a particular date for installation but said if he hired new staff it would be much sooner, this obviously never happened and went well and truly over the required time for installation, once I paid my deposit he became shady in advising of installation dates. every week I would call him to when the quoted date occurred and every week it would always be “beginning of next week”. So for weeks we had no kitchen and the Uber eats bill skyrocketed because of Carlos not having his act together.I ended demanding my 50% cash deposit back if it wasn’t done by Xmas, and only once I demanded my money back he turned up.There was zero transparency when it came to my experience, I obviously gave a number of requirements for my new kitchen, that being a pantry to house a “standard” microwave and to have drawers either side of my kitchen..These requirements were all ignored, the fact Carlos failed to follow instructions is highly frustrating.There was no cad drawings to have me sign off on… (which would have allowed me to point out all the issues.)And obviously I pointed these issues to him from the moment he brought the cabinets to my home, he kept downplaying the issues saying I can sort it out, or saying my microwave was an extra large one.Even though 3 major retailers stated my microwave was a standard width.We got to the final walk through and I again expressed the issues but as usual it was my microwaves fault or that’s how your cabinet will be.I also noticed and clarified with the same cabinet maker who thought his workmanship was appalling, that he added 1 fasteners in all of all my base cabinets.As for my pantry (these measurements were the laughing stock from another cabinet making company when I showed them) yes Carlos deducted a small portion off the bill but doesn’t cover the cost to buy a new microwave, and even after all that a small sized microwave will not fit, it’s just a nightmareAny other professional would have remade a pantry because they stuffed up.Carlos outsources all his work, someone named Eric uses a CNC machine to cut all cabinets, and someone else dealt with his doors.So basically he is simply a glorified installer.There was zero communication that the people who sub contract had to be paid in part payments ie. bench tops, doors.He even stole from my home and I keep asking for my goods back.The End panel of my pantry is 4.5mm too short because Carlos cut them too short or his outsourcing person did.He tried to blame my floor but I had actually had paid someone to self level the floor and also had level readings taken which showed Carlos stuffed up.I also know that I am not the only one who is experiencing this behaviour, his phone would ring all day and I could hear dissatisfied clients calling him.His drawers that were designed to apparently take cutlery is too small to take any cutlery trays they sell from any manufacturer.He also did provide all the shelves.My above bench cabinets lasted 24hours if that before that started falling on the groundFrom my experience Carlos is cocky and just super unprofessional, and he was lucky I actually paid him in full and after my cabinet fell I would have never paid him a cent, I obviously noticed bad reviews flowing in only once I paid my deposit because if I had known about them I would never had paid him.He stole some tools (stands), he stole these from my house.I would avoid this clown at all costs.This is my personal experience and I can obviously back this personal up with evidence calls/txts/witnesses as Carlos told me he would sue customers for leaving negative reviews.

Do not recommend!! terrible quoting method with zero transparency. Ended up costing double what the vanity should have due to his dishonest actions. Has taken about 9 months to get some of the money back that was owed to us. Went with another local cabinet maker for our other bathroom and it cost half the price and without all the drama..
