I have had several custom-made pieces created by Precision recently for my apartment (a TV unit, a sideboard and a bookcase in September 2019, and a display cabinet in May 2020). John came out each time to measure up and offer advice, and was always friendly, obliging, patient and professional. I was kept updated throughout the entire manufacturing process, and the guys who came out to install the furniture were also excellent - friendly, clean and skilled. A small adjustment had to be made to one of the pieces after installation on one occasion, and this was promptly addressed and rectified. The craftsmanship and finish on all of the items are excellent. I would highly recommend Precision not only for the excellent quality of their work, but also for their friendly, helpful and patient staff, including receptionist Jodie. Will not hesitate to call on them again if I need anything else custom-made.

Precision Cabinets have designed and installed three custom built pieces for me - bar cabinets, a wok in robe and units for my laundry (which I wanted to make dual use as a bathroom. I think I would have appreciated a few more options at the design stage, but John was very accommodating with any changes that I suggested, up to the final plans of course! I was a bit nervous prior to their installation, as to whether or not I had made the right choices, but I am delighted with them. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the guys who came to fit them were a real pleasure to have doing the work - they took great pride in their work, true craftsmen! There are some pictures to show you the finished product, but excise the fact that I am now decorating!

My experience from start to end was great. John helped me come up with an awesome design for whole wall cabinets, up to the ceiling. The installation was very professional and clean finish, nice guy. They look fantastic, I wish I could include a photo. I could never have gotten this from pre-made cupboards.

From John who came out to discuss our options and kick things off, the designers, the installers and Sharyn on admin - these guys are a thoroughly professional outfit and we've ended up with a superb kitchen that we love!They managed to get it all done before my wife gave birth, so they were given a pretty tight timeline. Not only did they deliver on time, but they also accepted a few change requests thrown in just to make their lives a bit more complicated. The end result is fantastic!The cabinetry is of a high quality and it seamlessly fits into our old kitchen. Very very happy with the service from start to finish. Had a large area to design and install custom cabinetry, but other companies either didn't want the work, or presented only problems.I contacted Precision Cabinets, and everything was easy from start to finish. No problems, only solutions.
